This DVD is all about interpretations of familiar violin repertoire. I have played these pieces more than a dozen times and have chosen new approaches and interpretations from previous performances. It is a major advantage to me to get familiarized with these pieces for many years, so my knowledge and insight to these masterpieces grows tremendously. Debussy’s Sonata for Violin and Piano as well as Korngold’s Much Ado About Nothing are my favorites in this large selection of the repertoire.
