I am especially happy to return to this venue, the FirstUnitedMethodistChurch, in Whittier. This church offers a splendid setting for chamber music and solo recitals. Haydn’s “Lark” String Quartet is so sunny in character which is full of beautiful tunes and it brings joy to the listening experience. The acoustical qualities are perfect for the Unaccompanied Bach Sonatas in this venue.
